Rules of the Road

  1. Garage facility keys are exclusively for your use.
  2. Please place all trash in can.
  3. If your car leaks fluids, it is your responsibility to use drip pans, or to clean fluids up.
  4. Owner is usually generous about loaning tools or equipment-but please ask first.
  5. As tempting as it is to treat the other cars or vehicles as if they were our own, please leave other owners' cars or vehicles alone- and covered.
  6. Aerosol painting of any sort is prohibited inside the buildings.
  7. No "daily drivers" are to be stored in the facility.
  8. No smoking.
  9. When you leave-TURN OUT ALL LIGHTS, LOCK ALL DOORS AND ARM THE ALARM.
  10. Parking is located on the left side and rear of the Lloydsville building. Please pull in parallel to the building. Please do no park in front of the building or garage doors. Parking is located on the street at the Miller Street building.
  11. Equipment, supplies, tools, or accessories not claimed at the end of a lease will be deemed "house" property 30 days thereafter.
  12. Working on restoration projects at the garages is prohibited.
  13. All vehicles present in the garages must be insured by vehicle owner
